JPAKCO accepts returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn stock items in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is the customer responsibility — please use a tracked service. No restocking fees. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, issued to original payment method. Custom embroidered items are final sale (non-returnable except for manufacturing defects reported within 7 days).
